#BNHAF, awards in the category of feature-films, shorts, TV, webseries, Music Videos, Upcoming Talent and Influencers (Best Film, Best director, Best actor, actress, supporting actor, supporting actress, screenplay, documentary). If an edition finds no worthwhile entry in a category, there will be no awards in that category for that edition.

Awards and Prizes

1. All winners of the Gala Edition that are present in person, get gifts from sponsors of the Gala Edition

2. FREE non-exclusive representation by Popcorn Flicks Film Services at Marche du Film, Cannes Film Festival. (only if you mention in subject-line of the email clearly that you want representation at Marche du Film when you are making submissions)

3. 'Best Film' (if any) of each edition gets FREE Screening at #BNHAF Awards and Festival Gala Edition

4. Best Film of each edition gets full fee-waiver at #BNHAF one-on-one Awardee Editions conducted in virtual format (FREE Q&A session of around 10-minutes)

5. All award-winning films get e-Award certificate

6. If a film doesn't win an award, all selected films get an e-participation certificate

Rules, Terms & Conditions: By using the #BNHAF Awards and Festival website https://www.bol-news.com and submitting your entry, you unconditionally accept and agree to the Rules, Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of #BNHAF Awards and Festival

1. If you want to submit the film directly to the festival, contact us on bnhafawards@gmail.com

2. If there is any NUDITY in the film, it must be blurred.

3. Selections will be made by #BNHAF Awards and Festival. Decision of #BNHAF regarding selection and awards will be absolute and final. Submitting your film does not guarantee festival acceptance or screening. Acceptance into the festival does not guarantee award or prize.

4. The Submission fees for the films, whether accepted or rejected, are not refundable.

5. #BNHAF editions are held in multiple modes. Please be sure before applying to #BNHAF about the mode the particular edition is being held.

#BNHAF Awards and Festival is not responsible for mix-up or any confusion from/at your end. In such a case, submission fees is not refundable.

6. Films in any language other than English must be subtitled in English

7. FEE WAIVER:

8. Photographers who wish to put together their still images as montages are eligible for submission.

9. The physical venue might change to a bigger venue to accommodate all.

10. One-on-one Awardee Editions, conducted online and featured on https://www.bol-news.com are either in English or in Hindi.

11. In all matters decision of #BNHAF Awards and Festival will be absolute and final.

12. Force Majeur Clause: Due to an unforeseen outcome, #BNHAF Awards and Festival reserves the right to cancel, postpone or move the event to a digital platform if necessary. Any fee paid is non-refundable.

Screening material to be submitted for screening as specified below

1. Only .mp4 files accepted. Max file size 1 GB

2. Submit film through WeTransfer link sent by email

3. All films MUST BE 16:9, 4:3, or 1.9:1 aspect ratio

4. Target bitrate 12Mbps H.264 avc1 encoding max resolution 1920x1080 / 2048x1080 / 1600x1200

5. .jpg or .png Poster (Must be vertical portrait layout @ minimum 72DPI and 3x4 ratio)

6. Subtitles MUST BE burnt directly onto the film

#BNHAF #TKMU GLOBAL ICON AWARD FAQ's

1. Guaranteed Screening of 3-minute film or 3-minute AV at #BNHAF Awards and Festival Gala Edition

Gala Edition screening is done at the yearly Gala Edition in Delhi-NCR, India, held between October and December every year. The awardees are notified atleast 30-days (including holidays and/or Sundays) in advance, if they want to make their travel arrangements.

An awardee can join in-person or attend it online / virtually through zoom

2. If Awardee attends in person, 10-minutes Q&A session at #BNHAF Awards and Festival Gala Edition

3. If the awardee attends online / virtual, this 10-minutes Q&A is pre-recorded on zoom. Q&A is then screened at the Gala Edition.

3. Gifts from the sponsors of #BNHAF Awards and Festival gifted ONLY if the awardee attends the Gala Edition in person.

4. If the awardee can’t make it to Gala Edition in person, the gift is given to a charity NGO "Rekha Vohraa Foundation" working towards bettering life/conditions of stray dogs in Delhi-NCR, India.

5. Medal of Honor from the jury of #BNHAF Awards and Festival is given to awardee in-person at the Gala Edition.

6. e-certificate of Medal of Honor is emailed if awardee can't attend Gala Edition in-person.

7. Feature in One-On-One Awardee Edition Q&A video-showcase is split in two parts for the news-portal https://www.bol-news.com

8. One-On-One Awardee Edition Q&A video-showcase is scheduled within 30-days of the announcement of Global Icon Award.

9. FREE non-exclusive representation worldwide for a year, please ask for the relevant form to activate it. #BNHAF gives awardees' social-media links that are already public, to industry-people that want to get in touch with the awardee.
