5. Jury of the SoléTura Prize.

The jury resolution for the Solé Tura Prize and the results of the vote of the Audience Award and the Online Microcortos Prize, will be communicated publicly at the award ceremony during the Brain Film Fest 2021, which will take place on March 21, 2021, at the Center for Contemporary Culture in Barcelona (CCCB).

The award ceremony will be made in person or by delegation of the winner himself. In case of unjustified absence to the gala, and if the representation has not been delegated, the prize will not be awarded to the winner, passing the amount to the prize endowment of the following year.

This rule does not apply to the Public Prize, as it does not grant an endowment.

6. Programming and dissemination of short films at Brain Film Fest.

The programming of the short films selected to the Solé Tura Prize of the BFF 2021 does not distinguish sections, and will be screened during the days of the festival. BFF reserves the right to spend short films on an online platform during the days of the contest.

The selection of Microcortos is passed exclusively online and on the social networks of the Festival.

The acceptance of the prizes implies the transfer of the rights of dissemination of the work during the period of one year after the closing and involves the disclosure of the winning works. After this time, this assignment reverts to the person who inscribes the work. In the distribution, the producer must state that the work has been awarded the Solé Tura Prize.

BFF has laurels for directors and producers to incorporate into their communication.

Fragments and images of the selected short films may be used for BFF promotional materials and audiovisuals, with or without the original audio.

The shorts become part of the BFF database, although no dissemination activity will be carried out without the permission of the person who registers the work.
