It is in the air the 8 ˚ Festival Celucine de Micrometragens, of audiovisual content lasting between 30 seconds and 3 minutes, recorded on digital platforms such as cameras of mobile phones, tablets, cameras and digital camera.

5.1. The winner of the CELUCINE Festival of Microfilms will be announced in a Live to be held 1 week after the end of registration.

5.2. The films that won by the Popular Appeal and the Jury Vote will receive as prize 500 Reais, in addition to awards from the project partners that may be offered throughout the festival.

5.3 The winning video of the category "Social Networks" will receive an honorable mention and its director will be invited to participate in a recording in the Channel Like Studio.

5.5. All films submitted may be shown, after the award, free of charge, on the Site, channel, Social Networks celucine and Canal Like, as well as in media libraries and educational events, by way of dissemination of the Festival, the film itself and the director.

1. REGISTRATIONS / FROM 07 MAY TO 07 JUNE 2020.

1.1. Films recorded exclusively with digital technology may participate during this year 2020;

1.2. Micro-footage shall by definition be at least 30 seconds and shall not exceed the duration of 3 minutes;

1.3. The films selected from this edition will receive certificates and will be shown at the Celucine At Home Special Show.

1.4. Films shall contain the credits relating to the completion of the work, whether initial or final credits, provided that they do not represent an extension to the maximum limit of 3 minutes; therefore, they must be included in the work itself;

1.5. Any Brazilian, foreigner resident in Brazil, or foreign citizen of a Portuguese-speaking country, aged 13 years or older may participate.

1.6. Minors under 18 years of age must present at the time of registration, scanned authorization document, an authorization video and ID of parents or guardians. In the video, the person responsible must read the duly completed authorization document as signed.

1.7. There is no limit of films entered per participant or for subscribers to each new call for selection, provided that they configure work of their own;

1.8. For each film a separate entry must be made, even if the author wishes to register other works;

1.9. Registration must be made via the electronic registration form of the Festival or via Festhome platform.

1.10. No registration fee will be charged;

1.11. By registering the work in the Festival, its author declares himself aware of the terms of this regulation and authorizes its use as dissemination and for display at the Festival.

2. CONTENT

2.1. Films shall address any topic provided that they do not contain inappropriate, derogatory or offensive content.

2.2. Works that constitute institutional or advertising promotion shall be considered inapt, as well as films that advocate in favor of political-partisan themes. Works considered unfit for public display will also be disconnected from the competition, in accordance with the legislation in force in the country and according to the common sense of the selection committee.

2.3. There is no restriction on the number of films entered per competitor, provided that they are within the time and format limit set out in that regulation in item 1.2.

3. SELECTION PROCESS

3.1. Work which, according to this regulation does not meet any of the required requirements, as well as those films that are in breach of the law, shall be excluded from the competition;

3.2. Among those registered and accepted by the Festival will be selected 10 (ten) films through a curatorship. The films will be shown on the Celucine Channel on YouTube and the winners on the Like Channel.

3.3. The result will be published on the Celucine Website and Fanpage and published in the press (Print, TV, Radio and Web), and the authors and responsible for these films are contacted by the Organizing Committee;

4. JURY

4.1. The official jury of CELUCINE shall be composed of 03 (three) members appointed by the organizing committee, chosen among professionals and personalities of recognized merit in the cultural, audiovisual and communications sector.

4.2. The evaluation criteria, determined by the jury, shall take into account the following aspects: adequacy and exploitation of gender; aesthetic and artistic value, technical quality and originalism;

4.3. The institution of the jury is recognized, with the organization giving it this regulation, are assured: a) the secrecy of the votes; b) the sovereignty of verdicts; c) jurisdiction for the trial of cases omitted and not covered by this regulation.

4.4. The decision of the curatorand the official jury is sovereign and there is no appeal to challenge it.

5. AWARDS

6. GENERAL PROVISIONS

6.1. Indiana Produções Cinematográficas, the rights holder of the CELUCINE Festival, may, market, promote new partnerships, sponsorships and support to the Festival at any time.

6.2. The authors of the registered works shall assign their exploitation rights to Indiana Film Productions, for commercial and/or promotional purposes, as well as to the channels and/or media that may be agreed for the dissemination of the Festival, the rights to distribute and display the content of the registered works, in a non-exclusive and unlimited manner, without charge to Indiana Film Productions and its partners.

6.3. The participant shall be responsible for any authorizations for the use of image and audio, licenses and any other documents necessary or involving the intellectual property and/or rights of third parties that make up his WORK;

6.4. Participation in CELUCINE is prohibited to employees, service providers or any person who has an employment relationship with Indiana Film Productions, or with any of the festival partners (Oi Futuro, Canal Brasil and Canal Like), as well as its maintenance companies, subsidiaries and associates with professionals linked to any of the companies or partner entities, or to relatives, up to the 3rd degree, of a member of the jury or the organization of CELUCINE.

6.5. The authors and responsible for the registered film authorizes the organization of the festival and its partners to make use of excerpts of the work entered, for display in content of dissemination of the Festival, even being monetized in the Celucine Channel.

6.6. It is the sole, exclusive and unrestricted responsibility of the tenderer who registers the audiovisual work in Celucine the observance and regularization of any and all issues related to the copyright, related and image involved in the registered work, and it is solely up to the same to obtain the proper consent to use, convey and make available the audiovisual work containing the name, image, works and interpretations of third parties, and must fully respect the legislation in force and pay with the respective payment, if applicable.

6.7. The tenderer who registers an audiovisual work in Celucine now exempts Indiana Produções and the sponsors or partners of the project from any responsibilities relating to copyright – property and moral – related and image involved in the audiovisual work entered.

6.8. The omitted cases of these Regulations shall be decided by the Festival Organization.

6.9. If observed the use of robots to enhance the likes during the Official Show on Celucine Channel youtube, the participant will be disqualified to compete for the vote of the Popular Jury..

6.9. The act of registration in the Festival implies the automatic agreement of the tenderer with all the provisions of this Regulation.
