Committee Selection

Film Length: Films must be 20 minutes or less in duration (excluding credits).

Eligibility: Filmmakers with a connection to Washington, D.C. are encouraged to submit, whether you’re a current resident or a native of the region.

Submission Fee: Each filmmaker or producer is required to pay a $35 fee.

Production Date: Films must have been completed within the last three years.
