Escenario: Cinema + Music, is the first musical documentary film festival in Argentina

Registration of works to the Festival ESCENARIO 4

1.1 ESCENARIO 4 is a festival that brings together films about music in order to promote this production and give it visibility.

1.2 E4 will be held during the month of
October 2022 virtually and in person.

The dates will be announced on the festival website and its social networks.

This fourth edition will have a main section that will be international in nature.

1.3 The call will be open and free from June 15, 2022 to August 15, 2022, and will have the following categories:

OFFICIAL SELECTION:

FICTION / MUSIC DOCUMENTARY FEATURE FILMS: 60 minutes or more

FICTION / MUSICAL DOCUMENTARY SHORTS / MEDIUM-FILMS: Less than 60 minutes.

1.4 Works produced after January 1, 2020 will be accepted.

1.5 Who participates authorizes E4 to carry out the public dissemination of his name, image and that of his works in any medium for promotion within the festival.

1.6 Likewise, the participant authorizes the collation and editing of the works for promotional and/or institutional purposes by any means: audiovisual, graphics, public space, etc.

1.7 Whoever participates authorizes the inclusion of their work in the festival and in traveling exhibitions within the framework of the festival.

1.8 Whoever participates authorizes the exhibition in online and/or face-to-face format, as the case may be.

Plays:

2.1 Movies may participate without a duration limit.

2.2 The works may have been originally made in any medium.
Parallel Sections: those pieces that do not participate in the official competition will be screened here.

The selection will be in charge of the artistic direction and programmers of E4.

Registration and reception

3.1 To participate in the pre-selection, you must complete the registration form both on the festival website (www.festivalescenario.com/inscripcion2022) and on the platforms with the required data and a private link for viewing. Said link must remain active until August 30, 2022.

3.2 The selected participants must send the material for projection according to the required specifications. The deadline for receiving this material will be from August 15, 2022.

3.3 The selected participants must send by email 3 images (.jpg format minimum quality 300 dpi), image of the poster quality 300 dpi, trailer, synopsis and technical sheet. The deadline for receiving this material will be August 15, 2022.

3.4 Films that are not Spanish-speaking must be subtitled in Spanish.

The subtitle must be embedded in the image. The Festival does not bear the costs of subtitling the works.

3.5 Once the Festival has communicated the selection of a film and provided its approval by its producer or representative, it cannot be withdrawn.

3.5 The mere fact of participating in the Festival implies knowledge and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
