This artistic-cultural mediation initiative seeks to bring cinema closer to people with a physical/ mental or neuro-atypical disability. As part of this festival, several documentary films (short and medium-length films) will be broadcast in connection with the experiences of these people.

Cash Prizes: 20$

The Laureate, a trophy, and a newspaper article for the "Prix du Public" will be offered to the winner.

To offer an accessible cinematographic experience to people with physical disabilities, whether they are actors, creators or spectators.

Reach adults as well as children and adolescents with physical, hearing, and visual disabilities.

Rules:

1- FICAM, All films submitted to FICAM must be in French, or subtitled in French and be adapted to deaf audiences (LSA, LSF, or LSQ) and blind audiences with audio description/scene by scene

2- FICAM, retains the right to free screening for one year in the territory of the province of Quebec.

3- FICAM, retains the right to use images from films selected for the production of advertising material/trailers for the festival

4- FICAM, will pay symbolic broadcasting rights to the films selected for its traveling tour on the territory of the province of Quebec.


  Festhome holds accountable fees festivals by holding the payment of the fees of most newer festivals until they have viewed the submissions, held their festivals and other methods.
