The Amiens Emotional and Sexual Life Education Film Festival (FFEVA), organized by La Fabrique d'Images, is the first French short film festival dedicated to emotional and sexual education. The first edition will be held in Amiens from May 26 to 28, 2025. This festival offers an international selection of documentaries and short films addressing themes such as sexual diversity, consent, STI prevention, gender identity, gender equality and egalitarian relationships.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
Submissions are open to all national and international short films (fiction, animation, or documentary) focusing on affective and sexual education.
Each participant may submit multiple short films.
Films can be submitted in any language but must include French subtitles.
The duration of the short films must not exceed 30 minutes.
Submissions must be made between February 1, 2025, and April 20, 2025.
Films must be submitted via a private link (Vimeo, YouTube, etc.) through the Call for Films email address.
Selected short film authors must provide the following materials:
A high-quality copy of the short film.
Photos and/or the official poster.
French subtitles for foreign films.
SELECTION AND JURY
A jury composed of professionals from the film industry, education, and sexual health sectors will select the short films for the Official Selection.
The jury's decisions are final and cannot be appealed.
SELECTION CRITERIA
Submitted films must:
Strictly respect fundamental human rights and avoid any discriminatory, offensive, or degrading content.
Not violate intellectual or industrial property rights.
SCREENINGS
Screenings will take place in various cultural venues in Amiens.
The Official Selection short films will be presented in four categories:
Youth Section (Middle School)
Middle School Jury Prize: €300
Youth Section (High School)
High School Jury Prize: €300
Adult Section
Jury Prize for Best Short Film (Fiction, Animation, or Documentary): €300
Audience Award: €300
Special Mentions (no financial reward)
RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The authors grant the festival the right to screen their films as part of the event.
Selected short films may be used for promotional purposes (clips up to 30 seconds maximum).
FINAL PROVISIONS
Participation in the festival implies full acceptance of these regulations.
In case of disputes, only the Amiens Court of Justice will have jurisdiction.
The organization reserves the right to modify these regulations if necessary.
