Début du Festival: 25 août 2026      Fin du Festival: 30 août 2026

It is an international film festival based in Bogotá, Colombia, and held annually.

We are the Bogotá International Christian Film Festival, FICCBOG. We promote cinematic talent to bring light to movie theaters.

We believe in the power of storytelling to transform, inspire, and reflect values of faith and hope.

We train and connect emerging and professional creators with a common purpose: to multiply light through cinema and bring to life stories that touch the heart of the world.

The event takes place from August 25 to 30, 2026, and includes an opening ceremony, screening spaces for short and feature films selected through a previous call for entries, as well as training activities through workshops and panel discussions based on our thematic lines. On the last day of the festival, an awards ceremony will be held for the following categories: Christian Short Film, Rebirth Short Film, and Christian Feature Film.

The selected short films will be screened throughout the year through public and private channels, as part of the Festival’s strategic partnerships.

Likewise, the winners of each category will receive a commemorative Festival statuette in recognition of their audiovisual excellence. If the winner is international, they will be responsible for the shipping costs of the statuette.

The selected short films and feature films will be screened in the movie theaters of the Cinemateca de Bogotá as part of the 2026 edition.

During the call for entries, additional incentives for the year 2026 will also be announced.
