The children's short film festival "FolletVisió" aims to promote and disseminate children's and youth cinema linked to the world of fantasy, elves, and fairies from all countries. The aim is to encourage film creativity among children and to offer a platform for emerging filmmakers in this field.

Participation is free, and it will be one of the events of the 14th Avinyonet Follet Fair. A fair attended by more than a thousand people.

This sample is of a non-competitive nature. No cash awards or material prizes are delivered during the "FolletVisió" sample. The main recognition is public projection and participation laurel.

Some selected short films will be chosen to participate in a special event within the BaDeFest Roses 2027 festival.

1-Stories exclusively suitable for children and families, without explicit violence, inappropriate language, or content that may be inappropriate for minors.

2-Genres accepted: Animation (2D, 3D, stop-motion) and fiction. Theme: Fantasy.

3-Maximum duration: 15 minutes (including credits). Works exceeding this duration will not be accepted.

4-Short films must have been produced between 2020 and 2026 (both inclusive).

Short films in any language are accepted.
Short films that are not in Catalan or Spanish must have subtitles in Catalan or Spanish.

6- In video format: MP4 or MOV.

7- Duly completed registration form.

With a technical and artistic file of the work. Synopsis of the work. Photographs or promotional images of the work. Details of the director and producer (full name, email, phone number, short biography).

8-The jury will assess: narrative quality, creativity, suitability for the theme, technical quality and suitability for children. The jury's decision will be final.

9. Participants authorize the screening of their short films during the "FolletVisió" festival and in related promotional activities.

10- The copyright and intellectual property rights of the works remain with their creators at all times.

11-The selected works may be used in promotional materials (trailers, social media, press) always with the corresponding credits and with the prior authorization of the participant.

12-All short films selected for the exhibition will receive a digital participation award that will certify their selection in the "FolletVisió" exhibition.

13- Some selected short films will be chosen to participate in a special event within the BaiDeFest Roses 2027 festival.

14-This screening is non-competitive. No cash prizes or material prizes are awarded during the "FolletVisió" showcase. The main recognition is the public screening and the participation laurel.

15-Participation in the festival implies full acceptance of these terms and regulations.

The organizers reserve the right to modify these rules if circumstances require it, notifying the participants in advance.

The organizers are not responsible for any technical problems during the registration or submission process.

Participants guarantee that they own the rights to the works submitted and that these do not infringe the rights of third parties (music, images, scripts, etc.).

16-The organizers are exempt from any liability arising from the infringement of intellectual property rights by the participants.

17. The personal data provided by the participants will be processed in accordance with current data protection regulations (LOPD/GDPR).

This data will only be used for managing the exhibition and communicating with the participants.

18. By submitting the registration, the participant declares to have read and fully accepted these terms and regulations.
