Article 1: Participation Conditions
Film duration: Must be 20 minutes or less (including credits) for all categories, except for the "Very Short" category, which must be 3 minutes or less.

Production Date: Films must have been produced between 2023 and 2025.

Mandatory Screening Format: DCP (Digital Cinema Package).

Non-French-language Films: Must include French subtitles.

Not Accepted: Advertising or institutional films, audiovisual productions, music videos, as well as films with pornographic, racist, or discriminatory content.

Article 2: Registration
The registration deadline on the platforms is set for June 21, 2025 (inclusive).

A registration form must be completed via the official website: www.hallnaywood.fr.

The following documents must be attached to the registration form:

The completed and signed registration form along with the broadcast authorization.

At least one film still (color or black and white, in landscape format – no posters or crew photos) that may be used on any media.
One photo of the director(s).

Rights holders guarantee that they have obtained all necessary authorizations from co-producers, writers, directors, actors, and, more generally, from all individuals involved in the film, allowing them to register the film and comply with these regulations.
