Short films filmed in Super 8 millimeters of all genres will be accepted, except for video clips, advertising and institutional works. The works must not exceed 15 minutes in duration. In this second edition, works will be accepted without restriction based on the year of production. The theme of the works is free.
The works selected for the International Competition and the International Panorama will be projected at the festival only in digital format.
Festhome holds accountable fees festivals by holding the payment of the fees of most newer festivals until they have viewed the submissions, held their festivals and other methods.
