Milkyway Film Awards aims to encourage and showcase emerging filmmakers. Our goal is to provide a professional and educational space for young filmmakers to have the opportunity to connect and grow with one another We know how painstakingly difficult it is to make a movie. Mumbai, the city that never sleeps, is a hotspot for filmmakers who want to promote their independent projects. Being a thriving film hub, the city plays host to hundreds of filmmakers, industry professionals and movie lovers annually. We accept Shorts,feature, Documentaries, Music Videos, Animations and Web Series from emerging artists and students to established professionals.

Cash Prizes: 126$

1st Prize (Rs 5000) + Trophy
2nd Prize (Rs 3000) + Trophy
3rd Prize (Rs2000) + Trophy

* Every participant will receive certificate and laurels

* All link, languages are accepted, subtitles are not compulsory.

* Shorts must be less than 45 minutes. Films over 45 minutes should submit to the feature category.

* Milkyway Film Awards can use trailer/teaser/film poster for promotional purpose.

* Entry fees are non-refundable.

* You own all the rights to the film. No inquiries or arguments will be entertained regarding non-selected films.

* The decision of the festival selection committee will be final
