The cultural association Tetra Vision, organizer of the “Nuova Rassegna Paradiso”, officially announces the opening of registrations for the third edition of the festival, which will take place on December 5, 2025, at a prestigious movie theater. The festival celebrates independent cinema, showcasing young talent and creating a meeting point for filmmakers, artists, and enthusiasts of the seventh art.

The event aims to stimulate a deep reflection on the themes of invisibility and marginalization through the language and evocative power of cinema.
The festival invites participants to explore the invisible dimension, including themes such as:
- Social isolation and alienation
- Dependencies of all kinds (psychological, emotional, technological, and forms of substance abuse)
- Inner struggles and personal challenges that are not always visible to others
- Invisibility in the media: the representation of society, diversity, and fragility

Participants will have the opportunity to receive feedback from industry experts, technical juries, and an engaged and passionate audience, thus contributing to the growth of the local film community.

An additional goal of the festival is to create networking opportunities, fostering collaborations between emerging artists and established professionals, as well as encouraging cultural exchange between different territorial realities.

Rules & Terms

Call for Entries "Nuova Rassegna Paradiso 2025"

The competition is divided into 6 sections:

- Italian Short Movie (25 minutes long or shorter)

- International Short Movie (25 minutes long or shorter; English subtitles required)

- Music videos (10 minutes long or shorter)

- Animated Short Movie (15 minutes long or shorter; English subtitles required)

- Horror Movie (15 minutes long or shorter; English subtitles required)

Among the works submitted in accordance with the registration rules, a special jury will select five or more for each category.

Selected titles, updates, and notices will be published on the website.

**ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:**

- Each author or team may submit one or more videos, with the following maximum durations: 20 minutes for Italian & International Short Films and Documentaries, 15 minutes for Sport Videos & Animated Short Films, and 10 minutes for Music Videos.

- Filmmakers may submit multiple short films, but each entry must include a separate Entry Form and Entry Fee.

- **Nuova Rassegna Paradiso** generally prioritizes newer films. For the 2025 edition, we are seeking films produced in 2021, 2022, 2023, or 2024, or films that premiered no earlier than September 2020. All short films can be either unpublished or previously released.

**SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:**

- **Nuova Rassegna Paradiso** prefers Vimeo links over Festhome video uploads.

- If you update your Vimeo link or password, please notify us by emailing **tetraparadiso@gmail.com**.

- **Nuova Rassegna Paradiso** does **NOT** accept DVD submissions. All entries must be submitted via a link on **Festhome**.

- The Entry Fee is non-refundable.

- To update your contact information, email **tetraparadiso@gmail.com**.

- Due to the high volume of submissions, **Nuova Rassegna Paradiso** cannot provide feedback on entries.

**TERMS AND CONDITIONS:**

By submitting a short film, you agree to the following:

- You have the legal authority to represent and submit the film to the **Nuova Rassegna Paradiso International Short Film Festival**, and all statements in the submission are accurate to the best of your knowledge.

- There are no pending or threatened legal actions, claims, or disputes regarding this film or its producers, cast, or crew.

- You are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary music rights, third-party clearances, and copyright permissions. If selected, the film must be fully cleared before its screening at the Festival, ensuring no infringement of third-party rights. The Festival will not be held liable for any legal issues related to the film's exhibition. Noncompliance may result in disqualification.

- If selected, you grant the Festival the right to screen the film during the event.

- You agree that, if selected, the film may be used for promotional purposes by the Festival and its affiliates, partners, and sponsors. You authorize the use of footage, stills, titles, and information from the film for these promotional activities.

- If the film wins an award, you are authorized to receive any cash prizes and awards and are responsible for distributing them appropriately.

**IF SELECTED:**

If your short film is chosen for the Festival, you will need to provide:

- A projection print or video by the specified deadline. You are responsible for all delivery costs, including any applicable customs fees. The Festival will return the print to the supplier or to the next U.S. destination as specified. Extra insurance for originals or masters is not provided by the Festival.

- Press kits, trailers, promotional materials, and additional screeners for preview.

- Screener links or DVD copies for the Festival's press liaison (optional).

**Important:** Do not send these materials until your film is officially selected. The Festival reserves the right to complete missing information from available sources and is not responsible for any inaccuracies.

**Note:** The Festival reserves the right to change any details in this document, including festival dates, venues, events, awards, and eligibility requirements, without prior notice.
