In section M you participate with a free themed short film lasting no more than 15 minutes including titles.

Films are allowed in both Italian and foreign languages; the latter must be subtitled in Italian.

  The author assumes all responsibility for the filming carried out including the use of non-original music protected by copyright, all civil and criminal liability of the film produced and declares to have the legal availability of the film, authorizes its public screening without claiming no compensation, freeing the Alberoandronic Association from any present and future liability.

The Association reserves the right to use the works sent for exclusively cultural purposes, without claiming anything from the Author. For this section it is necessary to attach the specific completed and signed release form.

The first six classified in each section will receive prices consisting in money, cups, plaques, publications and certificates of merit.

Emails must be sent by June 30 2022 (the date on the email will be considered the valid date of receipt).

Subscription to the participation form constitutes for all purposes release to the publication of the Work in the Anthology, in the event the Work should be included among the winners or among the nominated, without prejudice to the copyright belonging to the participant.
The Jury, whose decisions are irrevocable, will choose the noteworthy Works that will be published in an Anthology.

The awards Ceremony will take place in Rome. All the selected participants will be informed of the date, place and time the Ceremony will take place. The prices and certificates for the Authors not personally or by proxy present to the Ceremony can be shipped at their expenses, only by express request to the Secretariat.

Participating implies accepting this Regulation in full that, due to possible organizational needs, might undergo variations, without changing the substance.

According to the current regulation on privacy, the participants’ addresses and personal data will be used exclusively for the Award, publication of the Anthology and other Association activities.
