With registered office in Spain. Official festival website: www.sincamara.click.
Hereinafter, “the Organizer”.

2. PURPOSE OF THE FESTIVAL

The second edition of the short film festival created with artificial intelligence, dedicated to the Spanish-speaking community in Spain and Latin America.

We celebrate Latin audiovisual creativity.

Submitted works must be in Spanish or without dialogue, have a minimum duration of 30 seconds and a maximum of 90 seconds (1 minute and a half).

Latin Focus: Works that reflect Latin and Hispanic culture, identity, and themes will be especially valued. Stories that connect with our cultural heritage will receive special consideration.

- Are original.

- Are created totally or partially using Artificial Intelligence.

The Organizer reserves the right not to admit any work that does not comply with these terms, without the need to publicly justify the reason.

8. VOTING SYSTEM

All registered and verified users can participate in the voting of the films on the web https://www.sincamara.click/films

The votes are public and open to the entire community.

Only registered users with a verified email will be able to vote.

Each user may cast one vote per film, with a score between 1 and 10. Users can modify their vote at any time.

The average score will only be visible when a film has at least 100 votes.

Public votes will serve to pre-select the finalist films.

** Integrity of the voting system **

In order to guarantee the fairness of the contest, the system automatically detects suspicious voting patterns. Votes that the system identifies as not legitimate will not be taken into account in the final score. In particular, the following will be excluded:

Inflated votes: votes cast by users who have voted for a single film —or very few— with very high scores (especially 10), in order to artificially favor a work.

Sunken votes: votes cast by users who have voted negatively for a single film —or very few— with very low scores, in order to artificially damage the average of a work.

The organization reserves the right to block or delete accounts that show this type of behavior.
