Dates of the festival
Festival held in several stages:

     Stage 1 - the preparatory stage. Submission of applications and of entries made on 19 February 2017 by August 1, 2017.

     Step 2 - selection stage. The selection of films for compliance with the format of the festival, as well as the work program director for the selection of the competition program of films from 1 to 20 August 2017.

Materials submitted to the contest and the last stage 2, in the case of compliance with the requirements of this Regulation shall be referred to the jury.

     Step 3 - selection of works on nominations Film Festival, the jury held from 21 to 25 August 2017. The jury determines the winners in all categories. Winner in the category "People's Choice Award" is defined audience, who came to the look-up days. Master classes for participants, guests and festival audience.

      Stage 4 August 26, 2017 - summarizing and rewarding of winners at the festival awards ceremony, the festival closing.

      The terms of participation

      The festival is open to everyone aged 12 to 70 years, is the author (co-authors), feature films, documentaries (as and PSAs), music (music videos, musicals) and animated films submitted for competition in the video preview format, determined by this position.

     To participate in the contest,

     2.Send film can be a file on e-mail: leader.art.film@gmail.com format to avi, mpeg4.

       The duration of the competition films must not exceed 45 minutes.

       Member who sent the film to the festival, is entitled to all the rights to the film.
