The act of registration automatically gives the organizers the free use of nonprofit extracted fragments of the work by a maximum duration of 3 minutes to the dissemination of promotional shows for TV and other media of communication, both during the festival used as samples or subsequent events.

SELECTION
The Selection Committee reserves the right to select the movies to program in sample quantities times as necessary. The authors of the selected works will be notified with enough to send a copy of projection format and quality of exhibit time, to improve the quality of it .

  TRANSLATIONS
The unspoken films will be screened in Spanish with subtitles . At the time of registration , feature films and short films should already have subtitles in Spanish .
COSTS, SHIPPING & RETURNS
The registration to the exhibition is free . The shipping cost of back projection will run on behalf of the participants. Copies of projection will be returned only under express request in writing , specifying the destination and date of return . The costs of return thereof are the responsibility of the participant.
The sample will not cover any costs for damage or wear during use own copies of a film projections .
Once accepted the participation of labor in the Festival , makers of the films selected to get the version MUST projection , either via digital platforms or sending copies to:

TRAVELLING EXHIBITIONS

THE SIGN PARTICIPACIONEN IMPLIES KNOWLEDGE TOTAL AND ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS . ANY EXCEPTION , QUESTIONS OR CONFLICT WILL BE EVALUATED AND RESOLVED BY ORGANIZING THE OMISSION OF THE SAMPLE.
