International Teen Short Film Festival ()

The international teen film festival is consist of the non-profit teen cultural communication activities. As an international teen screen cultural communication event, we appealed 94 countries and areas involved by far. Since the foundation, the film festival has shown more than 60 countries and area and 220 films. It thus became a highly influential filmic communication platform for teenagers.


Oscar winner director and Screenwriter Paul Haggis, Oscar winner director Keith Merrill, three-time Oscar winner Jim Regill，famous director Tian Zhuangzhuang, artist Wang Haowei, famous scriptwriter David Marconi, Bad Monkey Film president Wang Yibing, famous director Wen Muye, famous scriptwriter He Jiping, famous actress Timothy V Murphy 、Song Chunli and so on served as judges of the film Festival.


In the past few years, teen film festival has selected many excellent teen films, has exploited many potential teen creators. Many of them later joined in domestic and international art academy lately to continue their dreams. In the future, ITSFF will continue hardworking as well, aiming to provide supports concerning film learning and growth for more teenagers. It will continue exploring in order to become the cradle of film students.

The competition sections of the festival are: international competition, domestic competition and youth feature film competition.


International Competition : 

Under 11 Competition: All films created by students under the age of 11, regardless of genre.

12-15 Year old Competition: Films created by students aged 12-15 years old, regardless of genre.

16-19 Year old Competition: Films created by students aged 16-19, regardless of genre.

Domestic Competition：

Under 11 Competition: All films created by students under the age of 11, regardless of genre.

12-15 Year old Competition: Films created by students aged 12-15 years old, regardless of genre.

16-19 Year old Competition: Films created by students aged 16-19, regardless of genre.

The national competition only accepts films created by Chinese students, and the national competition films are also included in the international competition.

Youth Theme Feature Competition：

A film about young people produced by an adult must tell a story about young people, feature a young person and be at least 60 minutes long.
