Golden Frames Film Fest (G3F) – Official Rules & Guidelines

1. General Rules

The festival is open to filmmakers from all over the world.

Films must be submitted within the designated deadline to be considered for screening.

All films must be original works, and the filmmaker must have the necessary rights and permissions for exhibition.

The festival reserves the right to reject any film that contains offensive, defamatory, or unlawful content.

2. Film Submission Guidelines

Films can be submitted in categories such as Feature Films, Short Films, Documentaries, Animation, and Experimental Films.

Films must be in HD format (MP4, MOV, or equivalent).

Non-English films must have English subtitles.

Multiple submissions are allowed, but each film must be submitted separately.

Films previously submitted to other festivals may be considered as long as they comply with G3F’s rules.

3. Screening & Selection Process

The selection panel’s decision is final and binding.

Selected films will be notified via email before the festival.

The festival holds the right to screen the selected films at any official venue associated with the event.

The filmmakers will not receive any screening fees for participation in the festival.

4. Awards & Recognition

Awards will be given in multiple categories, including:

Best Feature Film
Best Short Film
Best Documentary
Best Director
Best Cinematography
Best Actor/Actress
Audience Choice Award

Jury decisions are final and cannot be contested.

5. Copyrights & Usage Rights

By submitting a film, the filmmaker grants G3F the right to screen and promote the film for festival-related publicity.

The festival does not claim ownership of submitted films.

The festival may use clips, trailers, or images from the submitted films for promotional purposes.

6. Code of Conduct

Filmmakers, attendees, and participants must maintain professional conduct throughout the event.

Any form of harassment, discrimination, or misconduct will lead to immediate disqualification and removal from the festival.

7. Technical & Legal Considerations

The festival is not responsible for any technical issues with submitted films.

The filmmaker is responsible for ensuring legal clearance of any copyrighted material (music, visuals, etc.) used in the film.
