On Halloween, Ibiza sheds its beaches, sun, and nightlife to become horror, blood, and fantasy. The IBIZA HALLOWEEN FESTIVAL has arrived.

· TERROR EXPRESS: Concurso local de videos de terror grabados con el móvil durante el festival.

GENERAL GUIDELINES – SHORT FILMS & FEATURE FILMS
01 · We accept works from anywhere in the world.
02 · It’s Halloween — the genre must be horror in any of its forms, or fantasy.
03 · More than one work per author is allowed.
04 · We value creativity and originality over budget.
05 · Selected works in a language other than Spanish or Catalan must include subtitles.
06 · Maximum duration for short films: 21 minutes.
Maximum duration for feature films: 130 minutes.
07 · Submissions must be made through FESTHOME.
08 · IBIZA HALLOWEEN reserves the right to exceptionally accept works that do not comply with some of these rules if it benefits the show and audience enjoyment.
09 · IBIZA HALLOWEEN will only screen the selected works during the festival. None of the works will be published on our website or social media, nor will they be shared with third parties.
10 · IBIZA HALLOWEEN reserves the right to reject works if, upon review, they are deemed unsuitable for screening due to quality issues, formatting errors, or any other valid reason.
11 · Tots Sants Balear section! Works produced in the Balearic Islands will be included in this section, but may also compete for the Best International Short Film Award.
12 · The deadline for submissions is September. Authors will be notified if their work is selected.
13 · All participants must be over 18 years old.

Festhome responsabilise les festivals en retenant le paiement des droits de la plupart des nouveaux festivals jusqu'à ce qu'ils aient examiné les candidatures, organisé leurs festivals et d'autres méthodes.
