THE FESTIVAL DATES TO DETERMINE

1. the right to participation is free of charge.
2. participation in category "Countries guests" is international.
3. the competition is a national.
4. the competition is reserved to feature films (60 minutes duration) and short (no more than 20 minutes).
5. free choice of the subject matter or treatment/technique (including animation), always respecting the shipment of materials in the formats specified in this regulation.
6 be accepted documentaries, animations and fiction films. Not be considered institutional documentaries.
7. all participants must present their works in Spanish language or be subtitled in Spanish.
8. each participant may submit a single film.
9. the production of the works must be later than 1 January 2012.
