Three competitive categories of films are set in the Official Competition Section:
 Media and Feature Films
 Media and Documentary Feature Films
 Short films (all genres)
* May attend them all the producers and directors who exercise due control over the films that are in competition.

The genre and theme are free. There are no restrictions on the year of production of the films.

Works will be submitted in their original language, and those whose original language is not Spanish, must have Spanish subtitles.
