La mission du Festival international du film du patrimoine portoricain (IPRHFF) est de créer des plateformes permettant à un groupe diversifié d'influenceurs du cinéma de toucher un public plus large. Nous développons des programmes qui permettent aux cinéastes locaux et internationaux, qu'il s'agisse d'artistes émergents ou de vétérans de l'industrie cinématographique, de toucher le public de New York et au-delà.
Notre objectif est de favoriser un environnement collaboratif permettant aux artistes de tous les pays d'explorer les questions inhérentes au patrimoine de Porto Rico et de sa diaspora, et d'explorer des histoires pertinentes pour l'ensemble de la communauté latino-américaine.

Ce festival multiculturel est ouvert à tous les cinéastes.

Règlement

Ce festival multiculturel est ouvert à tous les cinéastes.

Nous acceptons tous les films et vidéos et sommes ouverts à tous les cinéastes. Pour être pris en compte dans la compétition, les films et vidéos doivent porter sur Porto Rico, la diaspora de ses habitants, ou avoir des Portoricains ou une personne d'origine portoricaine dans un rôle clé de production, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, un acteur/actrice, un réalisateur, un producteur, un écrivain ou un chef de département.

JE/NOUS AVONS LU TOUTES LES RÈGLES DE L'IPRHFF. JE/NOUS COMPRENONS ET RESPECTONS CES RÈGLES.

JE/NOUS GARANTISSONS LA SOUMISSION DE MON/NOTRE ŒUVRE ORIGINALE ET IL N'Y A AUCUN LITIGE CONCERNANT LA PROPRIÉTÉ DE LA SOUMISSION. JE/NOUS GARANTISSONS ÉGALEMENT QUE LE MATÉRIEL SOUMIS NE DIFFAME NI N'EMPIÈTE SUR LES DROITS DE TOUTE PERSONNE VIVANTE OU DÉCÉDÉE ET JE/NOUS INDEMNISONS ENTIÈREMENT LE FESTIVAL CONTRE TOUTE RÉCLAMATION FORMULÉE POUR DE TELLES VIOLATIONS DE LA LOI.

À MA CONNAISSANCE, TOUTES LES DÉCLARATIONS CONTENUES DANS LE PRÉSENT DOCUMENT SONT VRAIES ET CORRECTES.

JE/NOUS ACCEPTONS DE PROTÉGER LE FESTIVAL INTERNATIONAL DU FILM DU PATRIMOINE PORTORICAIN ET DE LE DÉFENDRE CONTRE TOUTES LES RÉCLAMATIONS, DEMANDES, PERTES, DOMMAGES, JUGEMENTS, RESPONSABILITÉS ET DÉPENSES (Y COMPRIS LES HONORAIRES D'AVOCAT) DÉCOULANT DE OU EN RELATION AVEC TOUTES LES RÉCLAMATIONS DE TIERS, QU'ELLES SOIENT OU NON FONDÉES, BASÉES SUR UN FILM SOUMIS AU FESTIVAL.

LE FESTIVAL INTERNATIONAL DU FILM DU PATRIMOINE PORTORICAIN A LE DROIT D'UTILISER UN EXTRAIT DE TOUT FILM SOUMIS ET ACCEPTÉ POUR EXPOSITION AU FESTIVAL À DES FINS PROMOTIONNELLES.

LA PERSONNE OU LA SOCIÉTÉ SOUMETTANT LE FILM GARANTIT PAR LA PRÉSENTE QU'ELLE EST AUTORISÉE À ENGAGER LA PROJECTION DU FILM, QU'ELLE COMPREND ET ACCEPTE CES EXIGENCES ET RÉGLEMENTATIONS, ET QU'UNE FOIS LE FILM ACCEPTÉ, ELLE FOURNIRA TOUS LES DOCUMENTS ET NE RETIRERA PAS LE FILM.

LE SOUSSIGNÉ DOIT INDEMNISER ET DÉGAGER DE TOUTE RESPONSABILITÉ LE FESTIVAL INTERNATIONAL DU FILM DU PATRIMOINE PORTORICAIN CONTRE TOUTE RÉCLAMATION, RESPONSABILITÉ, PERTE, DOMMAGE ET DÉPENSE (Y COMPRIS, MAIS SANS S'Y LIMITER, LES HONORAIRES D'AVOCAT ET LES FRAIS DE JUSTICE) QUI POURRAIENT ÊTRE ENGAGÉS EN RAISON DE TOUTE RÉCLAMATION CONCERNANT LE DROIT D'AUTEUR, LA MARQUE, LES CRÉDITS, LA PUBLICITÉ, LA PROJECTION ET LA PERTE OU L'ENDOMMAGEMENT DES VIDÉOS DE PROJECTION PRÉSENTÉES.
