Lo Cercacurts is a short film festival that takes place during the second weekend of July in the small town of Montornès de Segarra.

Awards:
The awards are divided into the following categories:

- Jury Award for Best Short countryside (1 + 2 + 3 + 4 + 5).
- Jury Prize for best short free subject (1 + 2 + 3 + 5).
- Jury Award for Best Short Documentary rural (1 + 2 + 3 + 5).
- Jury Award for Best Short in Catalan (2 + 3 + 5).
- Award for best short film jury "Les Terres de Lleida" (2 + 6 + 7 + 8).
- Audience Award (2 + 4 + 6).

The numbers correspond to each of the awards that follow:
1) A weekend for two people in a country house setting.
2) Screening of Short Circuit winner Urgellenc and other cultural venues.
3) Lot of homemade and organic products.
4) 1 leg of ham curing of the earth.
5) Original Trophy.
6) Original Diploma.
7) Two bottles of DO "Costers del Segre" wine.
8) Walking horse "Cal Perello" by outskirts of Montornès de Segarra and l'Ametlla.

* Unlike other festivals, prizes are not cash, as Lo Cercacurts have a different philosophy and is about motivating people to create their own films, to encourage and enjoy the rural environment, and above all to bring the cinema to the people.
We hope that with the participation and collaboration of everyone, the festival grows and with it the level of awards.

Festival rules:

- You can participate in two different categories: one is free subject and the other, preferable, inspired in rural areas regardless of the genre (horror, thriller, drama ...), which means that the argument and / or scenarios will be rural and / or natural, wild, forest ...

- You can participate in a category of rural documentary short; meaning that the plot and / or scenarios are rural and / or natural, wild, forest ...

- You may submit up to three short films (documentaries and / or fiction) per person with a maximum duration of 20 minutes each.

- They will be filmed in Catalan or Castilian language; if not, the subtitles will be included in any of these languages.

- The films can be filmed in any format, but they are only projections made in DVD / Blu-ray / HDD.

· Registration:

Entries will only be made via online. On the one hand to reduce costs to participants, and secondly, to improve logistics in managing the works received.

The date for receipt of entries is: April 30, 2016.
