1. The duration of the short films cannot exceed 30 minutes, including opening and closing credits.
2. Filmmakers who have made a feature film are not admitted.
3. Only one project can be submitted per applicant.
4. If the short film is made in a native language, it must be accompanied by spanish subtitles.
5. The registration of the project will be only through the FestHome platform for free.
5. Short films of any genre or theme are admitted to the official competition.
6. The registered projects must have been produced from the year 2021 to 2023.
7. The organization of the festival will not be in charge of the accommodation for the directors of selected projects.
8. The jury's decision will be final.
