Microdocs is a film fest about documentaries and nonfiction.

Jury Award to the Best Documentary Short Film: 500 € and diploma.

The conditions to entry in the I microdocs, which is taking place in Alicante (Spain), on April 2015, are as follow:

1) Films. It may be presented short films documentaries with a maximum duration of 30 minutes and it have been produced after January 1, 2013.

2) Nationality. This festival has international character, so films from any country will be accepted. For films in different language to Spanish, it's recommended to attach subtitles in Spanish.

3) Each director, productor or distributor could present as many films as wished, whenever they follow the first condition above.

4) Sending films. Entries may be sent through different festivals entry platforms. The registration fee it's 5€ by short film.

5) Dead line. The period to submit films will be opened from the 20th of November 2014 to the 15th of March 2015 , until 23:59, when it will be closed.

6) A selection comitee of the festival will be in charge to choose those films that will be shown in the program of public projections during the film festival.

7) Prizes. Are as follow:

Jury Award to the Best Documentary Short Film: 500 € and diploma.

8) Judgement. The judgement and prize giving will take place at the closing end of the festival.

9) For those short films taking part in the competition, a copy of better quality than the one sent to any online platform to download (dropbox, wetransfer, festivals platforms, etc). We accept .mov and .mp4 files.

10) The competitors will be responsible that no third right exist on the plays presented. The participant will respond if eventual claims.

11) The participants, only by entering, allow all the actions within the program of the film festival, as well as other actions of promotional kind, which can be total or partial non profit projection. In any case the short film will not be broadcast through T.V, Internet or any other digital media, or will be transferred to a third person or entity.

12) The inscription and sending of the play supposes the acceptance of the present conditions.
