Début du Festival: 21 novembre 2017      Fin du Festival: 24 novembre 2017

The 1st NYIFF will be held from November 21-24, 2017. The 4-day event will include a film competition, forum, and the film screening. Its purpose is to promote international collaborations among film producers and the people within the film industry. An estimate of 500 films will compete in the 1st NYWFF, but only 20 nominated films will be released for screening in the main hall, with a side screening of 10 invited movies in the adjoining screening halls.
