The Cineminha Project includes free samples of short films aimed at children from public schools (05-12 years), teachers, families and the community in general.

The free shows aims to approach the film and animation in a playful way through the show short films. In addition to shows, the project also does animation workshops and production of audiovisual content, thus arousing children's creativity and interest in audiovisual and other forms of artistic expression.

General Regulations

CHAPTER I - THE ORGANIZATION AND EXECUTION

Art. 1.- The Cineminha Project, will be held in São Paulo, the Educom.Arte - Projects and Services.

Art. 2.- The project aims Cineminha conducting non competitive exhibitions of children's film and animation workshops and audiovisual training in public places and with free admission.

CHAPTER II - DATE AND PLACE OF THE SHOWS

Art. 3.- The Cineminha the project shows will be held in the city of Campinas.

First Paragraph: The shows will not necessarily be formed by the same film grid.

CHAPTER III - MOVIES

Art. 4. May appear in shows the Cineminha design, films with children's themes, produced from 2009, a maximum of fifteen minutes (15 ').

CHAPTER IV - REGISTRATION

Art. 5.- Submissions must be made exclusively online, through electronic form at:

Art. 6.- Registration for this edition will be open until 8 April 2016.

Art. 7º.- Registration is free, there being no producer or cultural agent authorized to perform collection of any amounts.


CHAPTER V - SELECTION AND CERTIFICATION

Art. 8º.- The selection of films for the composition of the samples will be carried out by a curatorial team designated by the company director. The curator of the work will be done continuously throughout the timing of the entries.

Paragraph One - The selected films will be available for exhibitions profit until June 30, 2016.

Paragraph Two - The selected films will be part of a collection that will be donated to the Department of São Paulo State Culture and to the participants of the project schools.

Paragraph Three - The producers of Cineminha Project may group the claims of all films at the end of each session, taking into account the particularities of the public reached.

Art. 9º.- The distribution of films to compose the grid of shows will be held by the producers of the project, respecting the maximum duration of one hour per session

Art. 10º.- All selected films will receive a certificate of participation.

Art. 11º.- Decisions curation as the selection or not the films will be final and irrevocable.

CHAPTER V - GENERAL PROVISIONS

Art. 12º.- At enrollment, the producers declare agreement with the screening of his films, and the effectiveness of the registration proof of the assignment of the right display of his works.

Art 13º.- The Educom.Arte. - Projects and Services reserves the right to display excerpts from the submitted films for publicity purposes in any media.

Art. 14º.- Upon the registration of a film, the producer / director declares that it has all rights to use of all the sounds and images of the work.

Art. 15º.- Upon the registration of a film, the producer / director in charge declares the full acceptance and compliance with all terms and conditions set out in this Regulation.

Art. 16º.- Omissions these Regulations shall be resolved by the General Coordination of Cineminha Project.
