International films can be sent through "Fest Home", with a mandatory $5 payment.

Once payment is received, all filmmakers will receive e-mail notification about our selection as of July 14, 2014. If accepted, a final exhibition copy of the film must be made available for download.

In each of our 5 short film categories (Drama, Comedy, Documentary, Animation, and Experimental), our audience is given the opportunity to vote for their favourite films. Winning filmmakers are announced on the final screening night, and are then awarded an automatic free pass to our next year of the festival. These award winners will also be posted on the Sunset Theatre website.
