La 3ª Residencia Audiovisual Queer 2026, organizada por la Fundación Cuórum, está abierta hasta el 13 de octubre de 2025. Está dirigida a cineastas y artistas visuales de cualquier nacionalidad con proyectos en desarrollo —incluyendo ficción, documental, ensayo, experimental o híbrido, en formato corto, medio o largometraje—. El objetivo principal es fortalecer las carpetas de proyectos mediante herramientas conceptuales, creativas y técnicas, con un enfoque en temas de inclusión, diversidad sexual y de género, justicia social, empatía y pensamiento crítico.
El programa se divide en dos fases: una modalidad virtual de febrero a marzo de 2026, con ponencias y mentorías personalizadas; seguida por una fase presencial de cinco días en noviembre de 2026 en Ciudad de México, que incluye asesoramiento profesional, formación especializada y oportunidades de networking. Durante esta etapa, la Fundación cubrirá el hospedaje y la alimentación para hasta dos personas por proyecto; el traslado a la Ciudad de México corre por cuenta de los participantes. Además, los proyectos seleccionados deberán cubrir una cuota administrativa única de 200 USD.

Residencia Audiovisual Queer
BrLab Rough Cut is an intensive workshop for feature films in the editing or post-production stage, aimed at teams from Latin America, the Iberian Peninsula, and Italy. Its goal is to provide personalized guidance from renowned editors to enhance the final cut of fiction films. The 2024 edition will take place in São Paulo from October 4 to 7. Projects must submit a recent cut and be near final editing. Selected films receive Ibermedia grants covering travel, accommodation, and meals for two representatives. The workshop also offers networking opportunities with industry professionals. BrLab Rough Cut has supported internationally awarded films, contributing to the growth and strengthening of the Ibero-American audiovisual industry.

BrLab Rough Cut
The Hollywood Storytellers Script Competition is an international screenwriting contest open to feature films, shorts, and TV pilots across all genres. The submission deadline is November 2, 2025.
