The 2026 Screenplay Revision Lab by Cine Qua Non Lab is a film development workshop focused on rewriting and strengthening fiction feature film screenplays. The call is open to filmmakers from all countries, making it an international program.
The application deadline is June 12, 2026, at 8:00 p.m. (Mexico City time). Selected participants will take part in an in-person residency held in Tzintzuntzan, Michoacán, Mexico, from November 11 to November 25, 2026, in an immersive collaborative environment.
In addition, the program includes an online follow-up module scheduled for February 2027, designed to support the continued development of the selected projects.
The lab is exclusively aimed at fiction feature films in development or rewriting stages, operating as a creative laboratory focused on deepening narrative structure, character development, and the cinematic potential of the screenplay.

Cortolabs is a training space and audiovisual creation laboratory for short films with an environmental focus or theme, which EUNIC Peru, a local cluster of the Network of National Institutes of Culture of the European Union-EUNIC, will carry out in 2024 within the framework of its CineLabs program, in collaboration with the EU Delegation in Peru and the Lima European Film Festival.

Pulsar Santa Fe 2026 is an audiovisual industry market organized by the Government of Santa Fe Province, Argentina. It will take place from September 2 to 5, 2026, in Rosario. The call for entries is open from July 3 to July 20, 2026.
The market welcomes fiction, documentary and animation projects at different stages of development, post-production and circulation, as well as production companies. Its industry program includes a Competitive Pitch, Work in Progress (WIP), Projects in Circulation, business meetings and an Audience Lab, creating opportunities for co-production, financing, distribution and international networking.
Eligible applicants include individuals and companies based in the Argentine provinces of Santa Fe, Córdoba, Entre Ríos and Misiones, as well as Uruguayan citizens or residents. Depending on the section, the call accepts feature films, short films and series, including projects in development, works in post-production and recently completed productions.

València Film Afers 2026 is the international co-production forum of Mostra de València – Cinema del Mediterrani, created to foster partnerships among audiovisual professionals from Mediterranean countries. The program is aimed at feature-length projects in development in the fields of fiction, documentary, and animation, offering opportunities to strengthen financing and international co-production through public pitching sessions, one-on-one meetings with potential partners, and networking activities.
The call for projects was open until June 30, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. (CET), while the forum will take place from November 8 to 11, 2026, in Valencia, Spain, as part of the 41st edition of Mostra de València. This is an international call open to projects from Mediterranean countries. Selected teams, including both the producer and director, will be invited to attend the forum, present their projects, and connect with industry professionals and potential co-production partners.

València Film Afers
The Stockfish Writers Lab – The Whale is a screenwriting lab focused on narrative fiction projects for film and television. It is open to writers of any nationality who wish to develop feature films or series, providing professional mentorship, writing workshops, and pitch sessions in front of producers and commissioning editors.
Applications open on November 11, 2025, with an earlybird deadline on December 8, 2025, and a regular deadline on February 1, 2026. The lab will take place from March 22 to 25, 2026 in Reykjavík, Iceland, as part of the Stockfish Film Festival.
The program is designed for projects aiming to develop feature-length screenplays or TV pilots/series. Documentary projects or other non-narrative formats are not accepted. Selected participants will refine their stories with guidance from international mentors and gain valuable networking opportunities with industry professionals.
