All women filmmakers from Central America and the Caribbean with their first or second film in the early stages of development, whether fiction, animation, or documentary, are eligible to apply. Cuban applicants may reside either inside or outside the island.

The Bubble Lab
Rough Shorts is a category of the Bogotá Audiovisual Market (BAM) that offers an editing lab for short films.
