MEDIMED Doc Market 2026 is an international documentary market held in Sitges, Spain, from October 9 to October 12, 2026. The CREATION 2025 Call by the Institut d'Estudis Baleàrics (IEB) aims to support creators in research and creation processes leading to the future production of works in the fields of performing arts, music, literature, comics and illustration, visual arts, and audiovisual in the Balearic Islands.
It is open to individuals over 18 years old who carry out their professional activity in these sectors and are natives of or professionally active in the Balearic Islands.
The total budget for the call is €490,000, distributed over two fiscal years: €49,000 in 2025 and €441,000 in 2026.

Grants for Artistic Creation in the Balearic Islands
Curta Roteiros – 1° Concurso de Roteiros de Curtas-Metragens es una convocatoria de Brasil enfocada en reconocer guiones inéditos de cortometrajes creados para cine independiente. Acepta postulaciones internacionales y está dirigida a profesionales y aficionados que presenten trabajos originales.
La edición 2026 se realizará entre el 14 de noviembre de 2025 y el 15 de febrero de 2026, con fecha límite de postulación hasta el 6 de enero de 2026. La convocatoria corresponde a un concurso de guiones y no a una instancia de pitch, laboratorio, mercado o Work in Progress.
Acepta guiones de cortometrajes de ficción y no ficción, escritos en portugués, con un máximo de 30 páginas y formato Master Scenes. Recibe diferentes géneros narrativos como ficción, documental, animación, fantástico, terror, experimental y otros formatos relacionados con el cortometraje.

Polish Days - New Horizons International Film Festival
D’A Film Lab Barcelona is an industry laboratory designed to support emerging talent in feature films by facilitating their development, completion, and international exposure, with a focus on Spanish works. The call for entries for the edition taking place from March 22 to 25, 2026, is open until December 5, 2025. The programme includes two main strands: Final Cut, which selects Spanish and Catalan feature films in post-production and awards a €20,000 prize to the winning project, and Producció Emergent, which focuses on feature film projects in development with specialised professional guidance.
