Festival Internacional de Cine del Centro Histórico de Toluca (0)

Winners in eavery category will receive a "Toluca, la bella" statuette and a diploma.

- Film, visual arts and communication students, from public and private Universities, as well as both amateur and professional independent film-makers from the Republic of Mexico and abroad, are welcome to participate.

- Films of any genre completed from in 2012, 2013 and 2014 are welcome to participate.

- Feature films cannot be shorter than 60 minutes, credits included.

- Short films cannot be longer than 30 minutes, credits included.

- The theme of submitted films can be chosen freely.

- Films in languages other than Spanish must be submitted with Spanish language subtitles
