It will take place in the city of Lebu, Capital of the Province of Arauco, and in the cities of Cañete and Concepción in the Bío Bío Region, Chile, from February 21 to 27, 2021. With Sub-headquarters in Spain, Cuba, Argentina and Guatemala, replica in Santiago in the Mapocho Station Cultural Center, GAM, Violeta Parra Museum and Chileactores. Since 2018, CINELEBU is the only festival in Chile Qualifier of Short Films for the Oscar® Awards in the categories, International Animation, Regional Fiction and International Fiction.
