WomenTime! II Festival de cine Femenino de Canarias, is a film festival online (through FIlmin) and in person (Tenerife and Madrid), which aims to visualise women as filmmakers. This project vindicates the current situation of gender inequality in our society by highlighting women as filmmakers. WomenTime! is a festival of short films, under 15 minutes long. Directed or scripted by women. Short films with gender or feminist themes are accepted, but will not be entered into the competition. Accepted in all languages, but with Spanish subtitles for the screening (English subtitles are accepted). The selected short films will be screened for one month on the Filmin platform (during the duration of the festival).

There will be a financial prize of 200€ for the winner + laurels.

Short films must be directed or scripted by women.

If the theme promotes equality, but does not meet the festival's requirements, it can participate in the festival's screenings but out of competition.
