The SoCal Clips Indie Film Fest is an International Short Film Festival that showcases the Creativity and Innovation inspired by the limitations of an ultra-low budget. Held at the Historic Raleigh Studios in Hollywood, CA. SoCal CIFF has quickly become a premier spotlight for independent filmmakers to showcase original short films within a $10,000 budget limitation. If Selected to screen at the SoCal CIFF you become a member of our growing community that creates lasting connections through cinematic Art. The Festival screens approximately 100 short films over 3 days with parties, prizes and industry professionals in attendance.

SoCal CIFF does award prizes in each category and sub-categories. They will be announced as the festival approaches.

Your budget must not exceed $10,000

Shorts must not exceed 30 minutes TRT.

All DVD's must be sent under region 1 (NO BLU-RAYS)
