The New York City Fashion Film Festival is an annual multi-sensory experience held in the global center of fashion and film. This platform showcases the best fashion films in the world, music videos, experimental films, student films and fashion documentaries, along with providing an inclusive space for the most creative and innovative emerging talent.

Encouraging and embracing fashion in the digital era, NYCIFFF is committed to a diverse exploration of fashion in the digital world. As one of the most exciting new landscapes in fashion, the Metaverse offers unique opportunities to expand access and increase equity among young designers across the globe. It is our hope that the NYCIFFF platform can be a springboard for these innovators that will continue to push the limits of what's possible in fashion and visual arts.

MISSION:
NYCIFFF aims to connect a global audience with the future of fashion. Our purpose is to support and promote emerging talent alongside internationally renowned creatives from around the world.

EVENTS will include:
Live Screenings.
Red carpet and interviews for social media and press.
Question and Answers portion with nominated filmmakers.
Awards ceremony.

All award winners will receive an award certificate.

Awards will be selected by our jury.

Social media award will be selected via Instagram / Facebook.

NYCIFFF is a global event and all citizens of the world are welcome to participate.

All submissions must be Fashion centered.

All music and other copyrighted material used in films must be properly licensed.



All films not in English should be subtitled in English.

All projects must have been completed between January 1, 2020 to present day.

All submissions must not contain any pornographic material.

NYCIFFF will not accept any rough cuts or work in progress. All submissions must be completed projects.

NYCIFFF will prioritize projects with no New York City premiere prior this festival.

By entering, you agree to these rules and warrant that you are eligible to enter.

SUBMITTERS MUST PROVIDE:

Film's downloadable link.
Film posters (max 3).
Stills from the film (max 3).
Director’s biography, filmography and headshots.
Film clips / trailer.

Agreements:

By submitting a Film to NYCIFFF, the submitter will grant and license NYCIFFF a worldwide license to use, edit, distribute, publicly display, transmit, reproduce, in all media formats now and in the future. The license will commence the date and time your work is submitted and will continue in perpetuity.

By submitting a Film to NYCIFFF, the submitter shall indemnify and hold harmless NYCIFFF from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees, and costs of the court) which may be incurred by reason of any claim involving copyright, trademark, credits, publicity, screening, and loss of or damage to the screening videos entered.

All selection decisions are at the sole and absolute discretion of NYCIFFF, and are final.

All submission fees are non-refundable.
