We welcome two categories of films: films about children/childhoods and films made by children (up to 18 years old).

We are interested in the films that provide us with the insight into children's lives and various childhood experiences.

Festival Regulations

1. 3Little Wolves Film Festival is an independent international film festival. The festival aims to situate the children's cultures in the wider society; discuss the role of children and youth in society and empower their active participation.

2. Short and mid-lenght documentary, docu-feature, feature and animation films about children and films made by children (up to 18 years old) can be submitted.

3. The festival will take place in Ljubljana, Slovenia, in November 2016.

4. The festival is organized in partnership with non profits Transit Film Bazaar and the association Saprabolt.

5. Screenings of all films selected into the program of the festival will be in HD format.

6. The films can be submitted by authors, participants, producers and other film authorities responsible for representing the films. Participant of the festival may submit unlimited number of films.

7. The submission of a film is free of charge.

8. All costs of sending application materials to the festival are the responsibility of the participants who are entering the films.

9. Festival is non – commercial. Submitted films will be used only for educational and cultural purposes. Organizers do not profit from the festival presentations.

10. All films have to be subtitled in ENGLISH or Slovene.

11. The deadline for submissions is August 20, 2016.

12. Participants have full responsibility for information filled in the entry form.

13. In case of hiding or conceiving any information about the legal status of film entered to the festival participant shall cover all costs of legal actions resulting from the claims of copyright infringement from third parties.

14. 3Little Wolves Film Festival will not return the submitted films and additional material, but will place them in the festival archive.

15. By submitting a film to the 3Little Wolves Film Festival the owner (author) of the copyrights grants to the festival free of charge use of the film during the festival. The films will become part of the festival’s archive, which may be consulted for additional screenings with educational purposes only.

16. By signing the entry form, the participant accepts the 3Little Wolves Film Festival rules and regulations and guarantees the accuracy of the data entered into it.

17. Submitted films without signed entry forms will be rejected.

- promo materials (synopsis, photos, awards, list of credits, festival screenings, biography)
