Lunigiana Cinema Festival is a festival dedicate to short and feature films that takes place in the "Città Nobile of Fivizzano" , an ancient village in Tuscany on the Via Francigena.

The festival is divided in short and feature films (Fiction, Documentary, Animation)

The short films are divided into three categories:
- Free theme - Environmental theme - Human rights

The following categories of prizes are awarded with plaques, works of art and trophies:

- Best Short
- Miglior corto a tema libero

- Best short on environmental issues
-Miglior corto tema ambientale

- Best short on human rights
- Miglior corto tema sociale e diritti umani

- Miglior LUNGOMETRAGGIO (oltre i 40’ Fiction, Documentari, Animazioni)
- Best FEATURE FILM (over 40' Fiction, Documentary, Animation)

- Special Mentions
- Menzioni speciali

- The competition is open and aimed at short and feature films by national and international authors and productions produced starting from 1 January 2017.

Short FILM (Fiction, Documentary, Animation) are divided in:

- Free theme
- Environmental theme
- Human rights

The maximum duration of the short films is 30 minutes.

- FEATURE FILM (over 40' Fiction, Documentary, Animation)

- Registration for the Festival costs € 10.00 per film

La durata massima dei cortometraggi è di 30 minuti.

- LUNGOMETRAGGI oltre 40' (Fiction, Documentario, Animazione)

- L'iscrizione al Festival costa € 10,00 a film
