Bases Horror Rewind Festival 2016

1. Participation

• short films may participate exclusively of International Terror.
• The festival will be held on October 22, 2016 and November 26 in the town of Vilanova del Camí (Barcelona).

2. Conditions

• The duration of short to competition will be between 3 and 20 minutes. And those who exceed this duration and maximum reach 30 minutes come out of competition, showing off on 26 November between 22.30 and 23.59.

For this reason, the selected short films can be projected, along with their dates (October and November), in March at the Rewind Festival. It also will mention winners Horror Rewind Festival at the Gala Awards Ceremony Rewind Festival 2017 by a video summary.


3. Registration

• The deadline for submission of short films will be the 09.15.2016, at 23:59 hours.
• The films can be presented in any of the following container formats: MPEG-2, MPEG-4, FLV, AVI, WMV, MOV or 3GP.
• Entries must be submitted by the www.festhome.com procedure ONLINE platform. This option has a cost of € 2 to upload the film, charged by this platform.

4. Selection

• The organization will make a pre-selection will be made public at most 20 September 2016.
• A maximum on September 30 nominees will be known to the category of Best Short Film of Terror. In addition a Special Mention of the Organization awarded.
• The short films will be screened in public sessions in Can Papasseit, Vilanova del Camí on October 22 evening / night and 26 November in the afternoon / evening.

5. Jury

• The jury and / or the organization the right to modify the rules or declare the festival desert if they deem it appropriate reserve.

7. Acceptance of rules

8. General Conditions

• Whenever the short film is presented by minors, it is mandatory that this supported by an adult or older age, whether school, father, mother, brother / sister, or legal guardian.
