The festival is divided into two categories:

Out of Competition, dedicated to works screened freely, celebrating creativity and discovery without constraints;

In Competition, where films are subject to an official submission and evaluated by a professional jury.

Each edition begins with a signature short film — an immersive experience that instantly transports you into extraordinary worlds.
Open to all, the festival celebrates the richness and diversity of talents, styles, and imaginations, offering a vibrant and captivating spectacle.

Through the competitive selection, IMDb qualification, and personalized support for filmmakers, each project gains increased visibility and recognition.

• Participants must hold all rights to the submitted film.

• Foreign films must include French subtitles (unless the main language is French).

• Submitted films must not exceed a maximum duration of 30 minutes.

• Participants may submit multiple films and choose several categories.

• The festival may use promotional excerpts (trailer, teaser, poster, stills) for each submitted film.

• The festival will not publish complete films online.

• Participants must be at least 18 years old and pay €10 per entry — which becomes profitable starting from the 30th short film.

• Submission fees are non-refundable.

• Quarterly prizes will be awarded only in person during the final ceremony.

• The festival reserves the right to modify the rules, categories, or dates at any time.
