The short film must be original, in Spanish, with a maximum duration of 1 minute and 20 seconds, including the credit titles, if any, and recorded in the highest possible resolution and quality.

The theme will be freely chosen, with the only condition that the short film be within the genre called "Black Cinema" or social complaint.
