After 2 editions as "UNIFILM Fest", a change was necessary to represent the evolution of the project and its objectives. That is why the organizing committee of the third edition of University Film Festival in Puebla, now called Allucinema, is pleased to share its call 2016.

OBJECTIVES

Promote cinema culture internationally and expose the local and national university sector and the general public.
In addition, as every year, the exhibition "Allucinema" will include a selection of short films out of competition, by the programming team of the festival.

Within the same competitive categories will be awarded two additional prizes, considering the place of production or principal place of origin, can obtain a single project both.

AWARDS

It is awarded to the winner of each category and Mexican poblano prize and statuette to a representative of the University Film Festival in Puebla Allucinema, and a recognition of the special mentions I could have.

1. Short films directors, regardless of nationality, must follow a course of higher level in any institution in the country, abroad, or have more than four years of graduates (verifiable), without in his films with any project finished feature film or television series as writers or directors.

2. The date of production for competitive categories will be considered for the opening of this call two years ago, ie, from April 2014 until the close of it on August 28, 2016

As for the sample (noncompetitive) no restrictions on the production year, in both cases provided that the first point of this regulation is respected.

3. The duration for registered project will be up to 30 minutes (with credits).

4. There will be no restriction on the number of projects registered by the participant.

5. The registered projects may have been presented at national or international festivals, without being published online on any platform.

6. The theme of all categories is free.

7. The Selection Committee of the 3rd International University Film Festival Allucinema will be free to change the registered materials to a cate-gory most appropriate, if it considers its discretion.

8. Short films and projects not spoken in Spanish must be subtitled in English.

9. Once registered and selected a project, sample or competition, may not be withdrawn from the official program of the 3rd International University Film Festival Allucinema

10. Once registered the audiovisual work, the principal authorizes the Allucinema Fest for the exhibition of the works during the festival and be included in promocio¬nales; and to project them in other forums or film samples nonprofit.

11. The directors of registered projects must be responsible for authorship of their work and assuming the short or project must be unpublished or have duties owed. If there was any violation will result to descali¬ficación it. If there is a problem regarding the authorship of the registered projects, including already displayed, the International University Film Festival in Puebla Allucinema disclaims any responsibility.

12. Any individual not specified in this call will be resolved by the Selection Committee Allucinema Fest.

INSCRIPTION
The registration process will take place after the announcement of this call and until 28 August 2016. Only registered projects will be accepted through specialized online Festhome platform, which must have the following requirements:

EVALUATION
The competing works will be seen and evaluated by a jury of personalities from the film field. The latter's decision will be final.

SELECTION AND PRIZES
The titles and authors of the works that make it to the stage of Official Selection and Sample (noncompetitive) will be published in social networks Fes¬tival also be notified via email the authors thereof, for posterior¬mente request his presence at the awards ceremony on November 19, 2016, the day which will be announced (as) winners (as) of each and every one of the categories in competition and poblano Mexican and awards.

PROGRAMMING
The Organizing Committee will announce the order and dates of the selected audiovisual exhi¬bición.
