The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI.org) is the largest grassroots mental health organization in the United States.

NAMI Miami-Dade County proudly presents its 3rd Annual Reel Minds Mental Health Film Festival at University of Miami’s Grand Ballroom on Sunday evening, May 20, 2018 with over 1000 attendees.

Films are a compelling storytelling form that connect with our deepest sensibilities. That's why for the third consecutive year, NAMI Miami-Dade is showcasing a curated list of short films inspired by the lives of those who have been affected by mental illness. These narratives will share a range of life experiences meant to inspire, heal, and empower.

Last Year's film festival was sold out; this year we are expecting it to be again sold out with over 1000 attendees.

• Tickets are FREE to help raise awareness and Stop the Stigma
• Sign-language interpreter for our hearing impaired community
• Complimentary hors d'oeuvre and beverages will be served

Featuring music from the band Fog Dog, with musicians that are in recovery from mental illness.
