-Award "By Gypsies", with a budget of 750 euros, a work in which Roma participate in its realization .

-Three second prizes of 125 euros each for works of special interest informative .

6th INTERNATIONAL RULES CONTEST AUDIOVISUAL GYPSY ' Tikino '

1. To be eligible, any natural or legal person. Minors need the consent of their legal guardian.
2. Works of any genre of fiction or non - fiction may be submitted .

3. The works will be in Spanish , in Romanó / Calo or any other language with Spanish subtitles.

4. The works will be selected according to the following thematic priority :

Gypsies , culture and community
Exclusion and marginalization
Minorities, culture shock and integration
Other social issues

5. Registration will take place through the form on the website www.tikino.net or www.festhome.com.

6. The works may be submitted in support DVD or computer file in any standard (including high definition ) . Sending works may be made by mail, if delivered on DVD , or by sending a download link of the work in similar or superior to DVD format.

7. The registration period ends on delivery March 9, 2014. The works will be hand delivered or mailed to:

8. The jury will be composed of representatives of the organizers and associates and related audiovisual and community people an gypsie culture . The organizing team will make a shortlist of the works presented if necessary . The jury's decision will be announced before April 8, 2014, coinciding with the activities planned to mark the "International Gypsie Day ".

9. Will be awarded the following prizes

First Prize Tikino endowed with 1,000 euros and a trophy.

Award "By Gypsies", with a budget of 750 euros, a work in which Roma participate in its realization .

Three second prizes of 125 euros each for works of special interest informative .

A prize will apply withholding tax under current regulations the time of grant .

10. The organization may use up to 3 minutes of each work for promotional purposes of the contest. Projection or viewing in the days surrounding the award of the entries are also permitted . Participants to first obtain all necessary rights to the work is recommended.

11. The award winning pieces may be withdrawn after the contest ended, and until one month after the public made the jury, in the Andalusian Gypsy Sociocultural Center . The works are not removed may be used in its activities by the Andalusian Gypsy Sociocultural Center .

12. Participation in this competition implies acceptance of these rules and the decisions of the organization. The competition organizers reserve the right to resolve any issue not covered in these rules.
