The Organizer has created and organizes the "ONLINE International Film Festival" both in its forms of "Short Films", Feature Films and Medium Films. With the aim of promoting creativity, professionalism and the desire to grow day by day in this world. We know how difficult the situation is worldwide and that is why we created this festival for all those who make independent cinema as professional producers. In this first festival we have three categories where everyone can participate without restrictions. Our goal is to create connections through the festival to continue growing

May participate:
- Individuals, of legal age in their country, as long as they are over 18 years of age.
- Legal persons, legally constituted in their country, holders of the rights of short films, feature films and medium-length films. Professionals, movie lovers, beginners, students, producers, etc. can participate.
- Short films, feature films or medium-length films will be video or film pieces, free thematic and technical, fixed in any medium or medium within the admitted formats, in whose elaboration the creation, production, montage and post-production work is defined, being excluded the mere reproductions of events or representations of any kind. Works of character, fiction, animation and documentaries will be accepted. No films with advertising content or character may be presented
- The title of the work and the author or participating entity that owns it must appear.
- It may have been shot in any original language. If they are filmed in the original language other than Spanish, they must be submitted with subtitles in Spanish.
- You can send as many films as deemed appropriate as long as they have the minimum duration for each section:
Short films: From 00 to 30 minutes
Medium-length films: 31 to 60 minutes
Feature films: 61 to 120 minutes
- During the Phase, a selection committee (“Selection Committee”), made up of the film critics and specialists designated by the festival, will be in charge of viewing and will choose the fifteen finalists, from among the short films, medium-length films and feature films received , and that they meet all the participation requirements demanded in these Bases.
This same Selection Committee will choose from each of the sections those who will be considered the winners.
- Each section will have a winner that will come out of the five finalists and each one will obtain a prize in dollars for the PayPal platform only, this prize will only be delivered to the person or person responsible for the film.
- The amount of the prize is subject to discounts from the same platform as the festival will not be responsible.
- The festival will not be financially responsible if any participant was not selected. The Selection Committee is indeclinable.
- The Movies may not contain any type of illegal or pornographic material or that violates any third party rights.
- The person / s or entity that registers their film in this Festival will be legally responsible for its content and will be responsible for its content and for how many declarations, obligations and responsibilities are assumed by the fact of participation in accordance with the rules.
- The participant who has made the registration of his film on which intellectual property rights that are legitimately claimed by third parties weigh will also be the sole and exclusive responsible for the claims received by the festival or its Group and / or any other related entities with the Festival for this reason, exempting them from any liability arising from its use and assuming the economic or other responsibilities that may arise.
