agnetic Film Association is proud to announce the short film festival “N.I.F.F. Noto International Film Festival” 2023 VII edition
Festival is dedicated to any short movies created in any format and opened to all Italians and foreigner authors.

N.I.F.F will award the prestigious “MARIO MONICELLI” award for the best direction.

The technical jury appointed by the organizers of MAGNETIC FILM PRODUCTION will be composed of artist and workers in the field of cinematography, music and journalism field, chaired by film critic Giuseppe Liotta.

Shortfilms must be not longer than 25 minutes. Deadline to apply shortfilms is 24 June 2023

The event will take place at Teatro Comunale “Tina Di Lorenzo”, Piazza XVI Maggio, Noto, SR in the August 2023

The winner of the absolute prize N.I.F.F 2023 will receive a sculpture of exquisite workmanship, designed and made by hand.

works must be received via different modes:
● in an envelope through support DVD (preferably in data format and HD file
format) that read the title of the film, the name and surname of the director
and the duration, by registered or ordinary post MAGNETIC FILM via Roma n°

● Via Vimeo platform, or other streaming platform, with its password. Send to

The works must be accompanied in both cases by the entry form and release
(download from www.magneticfilm.it site) completed in all its parts and signed.
In addition there shall be submitted at least 3 photos of the scene jpg format, and
possible cover or poster as a brief synopsis of the film.
If the film in English or other non Italian language must have subtitles in Italian
The works submitted without the forms specified will be excluded from the
competition.
