This artistic initiative of cultural mediation seeks to bring cinema closer to people with physical disabilities. As part of this festival, several documentary films (short and medium-length films) will be broadcast in connection with the experiences of these people.

The Laureate, a trophy, and a newspaper article for the "Prix du Public" will be offered to the winner

To offer an accessible cinematographic experience to people with physical disabilities, whether they are actors, creators or spectators.

Reach adults as well as children and adolescents with physical, hearing, and visual disabilities.

Rules:
1- FICAM, All films submitted to FICAM must be in French, or subtitled in French and be adapted to deaf audiences (LSA, LSF, or LSQ) and blind audiences with audio description/scene by scene

2- FICAM, retains the right to free screening for a period of one year in the territory of the province of Quebec.

3- FICAM, will pay symbolic broadcasting rights to the films selected for its traveling tour on the territory of the province of Quebec.
