Art.1: May participate older than 18 years, filmmakers, directors, media artists, organimos non-governmental and Government.

Art.2: The genre of the short or medium-length may be the documentary or fiction, whenever the theme responds to the contents that are set forth in the Universal Declaration of human rights.

Article 3: irrespective of the used support for its realization, works must be submitted in FULL HD format, in the Spanish language or in another language with subtitles in Spanish.

Article 4: productions must have no more than 5 years to the date of commencement of the sample.

Article 5: the direction of the international sample, shall appoint a jury composed of professionals of the audiovisual media, artistic and cultural for the selection of 30 short films and medium-length 4.

Sections:

-Short films:
Documentary: minimum 5 min / 20 min maximum.
Fiction: minimum 3 min / 10 min maximum.

-Medium:
Documentary: minimum 30 min / 50 min maximum.
Fiction: minimum 15 min / 30 min maximum.
